Questions, policies, and the fine print
How long does it take?
Proof within one business day. Production is 3–10 days after approval depending on the item (each card shows its lead time), plus USPS shipping. Holiday orders placed by December 15 ship for Christmas.
Can I see it before it's made?
Always. Every order gets a digital proof. We don't cut until you approve it, and we'll revise the proof until it's right.
Returns and remakes
Personalized items can't be returned, but if we made an error against the approved proof, or it arrives damaged, we remake it free. Photograph damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping and local pickup
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination and shown in your cart before checkout — no markup, just ground postage (UPS or USPS) from Landenberg, PA. Local pickup in Landenberg is free — choose "Local pickup" as your shipping state.
Sales tax
Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) applies to orders shipped within PA. Out-of-state orders aren't taxed at checkout.
Can you engrave something I bring?
Often, yes — tumblers, boards, leather goods. Email a photo and we'll tell you if the material takes a laser well. Customer-supplied items are engraved at your risk.
Do you do logos?
Yes. Vector (SVG, AI, PDF) is best; a clean PNG works. Logo setup is included on business orders of 10+.
